PASS AND TICKET INFO

Passes and Tickets will NOT BE MAILED
Use your Eventbrite / PayPal / Square receipt (hard copy or online) for Pass Pickup or for individual ticket entry at the venue before the screening. We also have you on our MASTER LIST in case you forget your receipt.
ADVANCE TICKETS ONLY (we may revisit this policy closer to the festival)
DOORS WILL OPEN A MINIMUM 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO SCREENINGS
ALL SEATING IS GENERAL ADMISSION
Refunds* for passes or tickets are accepted up to 1 day prior to the screening. Requests for refunds on day of show accepted if you are feeling ill or have concerns that you were recently exposed to Covid.
*Eventbrite tickets have a non-refundable fee which is excluded from refunds. PayPal or Square passes will be assessed a service fee of $5.00 per pass deducted from the original price, Individual tickets bought through PayPal will be refunded in full without a service fee.
HOW TO DO IT: Eventbrite ticket/pass holders will be automatically refunded when you make your request through Eventbrite.
PayPal or Online Square ticket/pass holders will need to request via email to be refunded. Refunds will be made to your PayPal account if you have one. Buyers using credit cards for Square or PayPal buyers will be refunded via e-transfer or physical cheque.
Forwarding your pass to 2023 will be handled on a case by case basis.
HOLDERS OF FORWARDED PASSES/TICKETS FROM 2020
2020 Pass Holders who previously informed us about transferring to the 2022 festival are automatically listed as pass holders for this fall.
2020 Individual ticket holders who informed us of transferring to the 2022 festival can choose a film from the 2022 lineup and your ticket will be transferred to that film. You must let us know ahead of time.
IMPORTANT: All 2020 Pass Holders will receive a partial refund to due to fewer screenings this fall (the original 2020 pass had 6 screenings + the Toronto Theatre Organ Society (ttos) screening for a total of 7). To bring your passes to the cost of the 2022 Festival pass, those who purchased a 2020 Regular Pass will receive 1 prorated ticket refund; those who purchased a Pass+ttos will receive a prorated refund for 2 screenings.
I you purchased a Sunday Pass, you'll will receive a prorated refund for 1 screening. (the original Sunday Pass had 3 films)
Those involved will be contacted individually once the festival programme has been published and be refunded via e-transfer, cheque or PayPal (if a PayPal account was used). You don't have to produce your original receipt-we have copies.
If you plan on attending with your forwarded pass, then you don't have to do anything. Your name is already listed. Make note of the new dates and times on your calendar, check the website for updates and covid protocols and enjoy. You will still receive a partial refund. If you can't remember or misplaced receipts from 2020 (it's been a long time!) please email us asap and we'll double check for you. But PLEASE do not wait until the last minute! We can't process these requests on the day of or the day before a screening.
If you do not plan to attend with your forwarded pass/ticket, or you didn't indicate what you wished to do with your 2020 pass (ie. you did not pick up your pass at the Mini Fests).
You MUST inform us ahead of the November festival. You will then have THREE options:
Move your Pass forward to 2023"Play it Forward" donation back to the Festival. We will then forward it to a worthy local organization or individuals for them to use.If you do not inform us prior to opening night, your pass/es may be forfeit.
If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend screenings. See Refund above for further details.
