UPDATE #4: Nov 10th, 2021 Mini Fest #2 December 4th & 5th will have restricted seating limits. Currently it will still be advance sales. Online ticket sales end when capacity limits reached or on day of screening at noon (PayPal) or 3:00PM (Eventbrite).
UPDATE #3: Oct 23rd, 2021 Entry starts at 3:15pm. Check in at our desk once you've shown your proof of vaccination at the door. Pass Holders will be given a physical pass. Individual ticket holders will show their Eventbrite or other original ticket purchase (pdf/hard copy) for check-in--there will be no physical ticket given out. Can't find it? Not to worry--we have hard copies of all sales and your name is on our Master Ticket List.
UPDATE #2: October 14th 2021: Seating is now General Admission. There will be no assigned seats but we do ask that you reflect upon the comfort of your fellow festival goers and not sit right beside someone you did not come with. There'll be plenty of room to space out (figuratively and literally).
UPDATE #1: October 9th 2021, the Ontario government lifts capacity limits in cinemas. TSFF has decided to keep seating restrictions and not to sell tickets to room capacity. We are increasing the number of tickets available from 110 (the old restricted number) to 120. This number will be re-evaluated after the November screenings and any changes will be posted.

To ensure proper contact tracing, you cannot transfer or share your pass with another person during the festival. If you are buying for another person or need to transfer a ticket to another person,  contact us prior to the screening with their name and contact information.
Revue Staff will be in charge of Checking for Proof of Vaccination & ID. They will have the final word on admittance. If you have questions, please get in touch with the cinema prior to your screening.
1. PROOF OF VACCINATION with your 2nd dose dated a minimum of 14 days prior to screening-can be a printed paper or as of October 17th, you can download and store a QR coded certificate from the Ontario Government Health Website
2. PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION- 1 piece of Government ID that includes your name and birthdate. This is to verify that the QR code or other proof of vaccination you're using is for you
3.  MASK (if you forget, we'll gladly give you one). Masking is mandatory in the entrance, lobby, bathrooms. It can be removed IF YOU ARE SEATED AND EATING OR DRINKING. Please keep your mask on at all other times, for your safety and the safety and comfortable atmosphere for those around you.

  • Buy in advance through PAYPAL or EVENTBRITE on the Festival Films Page. Eventbrite prices reflect their non-refundable fees.
  • Passes and Tickets will NOT BE MAILED. Use your Eventbrite or PayPal receipt for Pass/Ticket Pickup at the venue before the screening. We have you on our MASTER LIST so not to worry if you forget.
  • Please read the Covid Health and Safety Plan from the Revue Cinema and be prepared with accepted vaccination certificates, photo ID and masks. This will be updated as conditions change so check back frequently.
  • Contact Tracing will be implemented at the venue. We will be using your email contacts for that use. Contact lists will be submitted to the Revue where they will be kept for 1 month post screening before being destroyed. You will not be added to any mailing or marketing list (other than ours) due to that.

If you plan on attending this fall, then you don't have to do anything. Your name is already listed, just read up on the safety protocols, put the new dates and times on your calendar and enjoy. If you can't remember whether you hold a pass/ticket from 2020, please email us asap and we'll double check for you. But PLEASE do not wait until the last minute! We can't process these requests on the day of or the day before a screening.
Please read the top part of the page for information on entry and safety plans.
If you do not wish to attend this fall, you have THREE options: Refund; Move your Pass or Ticket* forward to 2022; "Play it Forward" donation back to the Festival so we can forward it to a worthy organization for them to use. Please let us know asap so we can free up ticket numbers.
